I have setup an add-on domain, where should I upload the files for this domain?

After you have setup the add-on domain, there will be a sub-folder created in your "public_html" folder (i.e. "/public_html/add-on_domain_foldername"), you will have to upload your files for this add-on domain to the subfolder created. A FTP user is also created when you create the add-on domain. You can either use this FTP user (preferred) or your master login to upload files to your add-on domain folder. If you use the add-on domain FTP user than when you log in via it, you will automatically be logged into the correct directory for the add-on domain.
