Sometimes you have a particular email address that is continually sending you spam. We provide an easy way to block them. You can use cPanel (your hosting control panel) to blacklist an email address so that it will be prevented from sending you spam. Here's how:
1. Log into cPanel at http://yourdomain/cpanel/.
2. Click on the "Apache SpamAssassin" link and/or icon. It is located within the Email section of cPanel.
3. Click on the "Configure Apache SpamAssassin" button.
4. Add the email address in the "blacklist_from" text box and click the "save" button. You can use glob-style patterns. For example if you wish to blacklist all hotmail users, you can add *@hotmail.com to the text box.
If you continue having issues with an email address that is spamming you after you have blacklisted it, then please feel free to submit a support ticket via your client area and we will be happy to assist.
