Managing Common cPanel Tasks Within The Client Area

We have upgraded our billing system with a new module call cPanel Extended. cPanel Extended allows our shared hosting clients to accomplish common cPanel tasks via their client area. This reduces the client's need to have to use an additional login to accomplish common tasks such as creating an email account, viewing the latest visitors to their website and much more. Here is how you can access cPanel Extended:

  1. Login to your client area account at

  2. Click on Services --> My Services in the top menu.

  3. Click on the row that lists your shared hosting service.

  4. On the Manage Product page, you will see a section called "Manage Account". Within that section will be a list of cPanel tasks that you can now do via your client area, thus reducing the need to login directly into cPanel.

Please open up a support ticket via your client area if you have any questions on the use of cPanel Extended or if you need to report a bug with the feature.
