The first thing you need to do is log into your client area at https://clientarea.emwd.com/clientarea.php. Once you have done that then please follow these steps:
1. Click on Services -- My Services from the top menu
2. Click the row of the service that you wish to change the password for.
3. On the next page, click the 'Change Password' link in the Actions left side panel.
4. Add a secure but memorable password and click the 'Save Changes' button.
You have now change your cPanel/FTP password.
